Frequently Asked Questions

How long do repairs take?

CSRC takes pride in offering same-day repair services to its customers, especially for phones. Most repairs are usually completed in under one hour. However, depending on the type of device and the number of parts being repaired, more complicated repairs might take more time.

I tried fixing my phone on my own and have it semi unassembled. Can you finish the repair?

Absolutely! Bring in your phone and our technician will discuss with you the problem with you and give you a quote before beginning any work on your phone.

Will you need my SIM card for repair?

No, we have our own SIM cards to test the phone with. No need to give us yours.

What should I do if my device in water or another liquid?

Most importantly, do not try to turn the phone on as that can result in a short circuit. Simply, bring in your device for our water damaged service. The chance of repairing the phone increases substantially the sooner we receive it.

After I dropped my phone, it became unresponsive to touch. Will a glass repair fix this issue?

Yes, any non responsiveness of your phone as a result of dropping it can be fixed with the gGlass and dDigitizer repair. In mobile phone devices, the digitizer is the part responsible for all touch functionality. So with glass replacement and digitizer repair, we can fix this issue.

Does CSRC offer any type of warranty on repairs?

Yes, all repairs come with a 90 90-day parts and labor warranty. This means if you have any problems regarding the repair within 90 days, we will take care of it free of cost.

What is covered under your repair warranty?

Any part that we replace in your device is covered under our 90 90-day warranty against defects. CSRC will replace any defective part free of charge within the first 90 days. However, the warranty does not include any accidental damage to the device.
